„Nemesis Divina” to trzeci album studyjny norweskiej blackmetalowej grupy Satyricon. Wydawnictwo ukazało się 22 kwietnia 1996 roku nakładem wytwórni muzycznej Moonfog Productions. Album został zarejestrowany na przełomie stycznia i lutego 1996 roku w Waterfall Studios we współpracy z inżynierami dźwięku Odd H. Jensenem i Kai Robřlem. Po 20 latach, krążek doczekał się reedycji i zremasterowana wersja ukaże się 20 maja 2016 r. pod szyldem Napalm Records.
