Saxon rozpoczęli produkcję nowego albumu zatytułowanego „Unplugged And Strung Up”. Na krążku znajdzie się czternaście dobrze znanych utworów z repertuaru grupy, które zostaną zaaranżowane na nowo w wersji akustycznej. „Unplugged And Strung Up” został nagrany, zmiksowany i zmasterowany przez Andy’ego Sneapa w Derbyshire (Wielka Brytania) na początku tego roku.
Album zostanie wydany na standardowym nośniku CD, a także na winylu. Przygotowano także dwupłytowy digipak, na którego drugiej płycie znajdziecie nagrany ponownie album „Heavy Metal Thunder” (a na nim dobrze znane kawałki„Motorcycle Man”, „Strong Arm Of The Law” czy „Dallas 1pm”).
